The Doctoral School is currently accepting applications for:

Deadline
Applications will be considered on a rolling basis until positions are filled. Evaluations will start March 28, 2024.

Instructions for 2-Stage Application
In the first stage, applicants should submit their i) detailed CV/résumé and ii) cover letter by email to nia-leverhulme@strath.ac.uk.
Applications will only be considered if applicants submit their cover letter using the form indicated below and also submit their CV/résumé.
In the second stage, applicants short-listed from the first stage will be invited to an online interview. Applicants will be contacted by email with the outcome in the week following the interview.

Further Instructions for Cover Letter Submission
The cover letter must be submitted using this downloadable Application Form and Cover letter template, on which applicants can give their contact information, research interest, the scholarship degree stream applied for, and the text of their cover letter.
The cover letter text should demonstrate:

  • Fit of the applicant’s background and experience with the requirements described on the applicable PhD or Master’s Plus PhD Programme pages;
  • Fit of the applicant’s interests with the NIA Doctoral School’s research theme(s); and
  • The applicant’s reasons for applying.
